Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida in Fort Myers, FL, seeks a Clinical Coordinator for the Family Practice Division. You will provide leadership and clinical expertise, acting as liaison between administration, site managers, physicians, and staff to ensure quality patient care.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, days only. You will supervise clinical personnel, help implement policies, manage staffing and scheduling, and serve as an EHR super user to support upgrades, training, and

Competenze

• Three years of office management experience including one year of supervisory level experience.
• Electronic Health Records experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fiscal management and human resource management practices.
• Knowledge of health care administration principles.
• Skill in written and verbal communication.
• Regular and reliable attendance required

• Act as liaison between administration, site managers, physicians, and clinical staff.
• Provide leadership to clinical staff and ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain education and in-servicing standards.
• Coordinate staffing needs, interviewing, and staff recruiting.
• Maintain clinical staff schedule.

• Monitor competency levels of all clinical staff.
• Review departmental supply requisitions and ensure adequate supplies.
