Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead and support our Cape Adult Medicine and Cay West locations. The role involves collaboration with administration, physicians, and staff to ensure quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in office management with supervisory experience, familiarity with EHR systems, and a Florida LPN background. Monday–Friday, days only, on-site in Cape Coral, FL.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership over clinical staff and liaison between administration, site managers, physicians and staff.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Three years of office management experience including supervisory responsibilities; EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supervision of department personnel in line with standards and regulations.
• Provide visible, supportive leadership to clinical staff.
• Update and implement departmental policies and procedures; inform staff of changes.
