Job summary

Valley Healthcare System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to lead clinical support services across VHcS locations. You will supervise CMAs, coordinate staffing, and drive improvements in patient care and safety.

The role collaborates with providers and leadership to sustain clinical standards, monitor quality, and promote a positive patient experience while traveling between VHcS sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, and unrestricted Georgia LPN or RN license required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Three to five years of supervisory and/or healthcare administrative experience.
• Minimum of three years of outpatient or clinical healthcare experience.
• Experience supervising clinical support staff and coordinating healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, leadership, and performance oversight for all CMAs across VHcS locations.
• Coordinate clinical staffing, work schedules, assignments, and coverage to support efficient daily operations.
• Recruit, interview, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of clinical support personnel.
• Monitor staff productivity, attendance, clinical competencies, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for staff development, process improvements, and enhanced clinical performance.
• Oversee clinical workflows and patient care processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with medical providers and leadership to address clinical concerns and improve patient outcomes.
• Conduct clinical audits, monitor quality indicators, and support QA initiatives.
