Alcanza Clinical Research, LLC is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations in North Georgia to lead operational performance across clinical staff and sites. You will oversee execution per ICH, GCP, and FDA guidelines, ensuring patient safety and quality data while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

The role targets driving study milestones, managing resources, and mitigating risks to meet timelines and budgets in a multi‑site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of clinical research experience required.
• 1+ years of clinical trial or site management experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance of the clinical research staff and ensure study execution per ICH/GCP and FDA guidelines.
• Provide on-site oversight to coordinate site activity, enrollment, and protocol adherence.
• Manage dashboards, staff coverage, budgets, and risk mitigation for study delivery.
