Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations to lead on-site clinical staff, ensure study performance, and maintain regulatory compliance across phases I–IV. You will coordinate with multiple departments to hit milestones and manage budgets while keeping patient safety at the forefront.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in clinical research and preferred management experience; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years clinical research experience.
• 1+ years management experience in clinical research is preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership to drive study performance and protocol/GCP compliance.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Recruitment, Finance, Budgets and Contracts, and Quality to meet milestones and budgets.
• Review dashboards and systems to ensure timely execution of visits and data accuracy.
• Manage site staff allocations, risk identification, and escalation to study management.
• Oversee training on protocol specifics, CRF completion, SOPs and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, FDA regulations and company policies.
• Lead people management tasks including timecards, performance appraisals, and hiring.
• Collaborate with investigators to ensure patient safety and sponsor goals.
