Job summary

Alcanza is a growing multi-site clinical research company seeking a Clinical Operations Manager for its North Georgia network. You will lead the on-site clinical research staff, ensuring execution aligns with ICH, GCP and FDA guidelines while coordinating with departments to hit milestones and sponsor expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in clinical research, with 1+ year of management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with clinical research experience.
• 2+ years as a clinical research coordinator (CRC) required.
• 1+ years of management experience in clinical research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall team performance, study timelines and protocol/GCP compliance.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Recruitment, Finance and Quality to meet milestones and budgets.
• Review dashboards and systems to ensure timely execution of visits, calls and data entry.
• Oversee staffing allocations, site assignments and performance; identify risks and escalate.
• Provide initial and ongoing training on SOPs, CRFs, and study timelines.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, FDA regulations and company policies.
