Purposelink Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator / Clinical Operations Lead in Peterborough, NH. The role blends leadership with direct nursing duties to ensure smooth office operations and exceptional patient care.

You will train staff, schedule coverage, manage regulatory compliance (OSHA/CLIA), develop policies, participate in hiring and performance reviews, and oversee inventory and supplies. A NH RN or LPN license and an Associate degree or higher are required.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher in nursing is required.
• NH RN or LPN license in New Hampshire is required (RN or LPN).
• Active certifications in at least one of: AHA BLS, ARC BLS, or AHA ACLS.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate clinical staff and scheduling to ensure continuous coverage.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records.
• Train staff on office policies and OSHA/CLIA compliance; update Exposure Control Plan annually.
• Lead staffing processes including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions; assist with budget review.
• Perform regular nursing duties and oversee supply management; cover clinical positions as needed.
