Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of the team.
• Plans and schedules work assignments to ensure adequate service levels to physicians and patients.
• Manages daily clinical operations in the practice site including patient flow, supply needs, and problem resolution.
• Performs routine operational efficiency and financial analysis for the unit.
• Maintains excellent relations with physicians in the clinical area.
• Anticipates and addresses equipment, supplies, and support needs for physicians.
• Triages patient complaints or concerns and follows through to resolution.
• Works with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversees recruitment, development, and performance evaluations of employees.
• Carries out training and orientation of new employees and ongoing skill training.
