Job summary

Quilt Health is hiring a Clinical SME (RN/NP) to lead clinical data strategy and care-navigation workflows. You will bridge clinical practice with fast-moving software development, guiding patient onboarding and clinician support operations.

The role reports to the CEO and drives product team alignment around real-world clinical culture and data standards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in triage or care navigation, startup experience, and strong EHR familiarity (Epic preferred).

Qualifications

• Active RN or NP license in Massachusetts (or eligible).
• 3+ years in triage, patient intake, or care navigation; hematology/SCD experience is a plus.
• 1+ year in a digital health startup or software product team.
• Able to translate clinical realities into user stories and data workflows.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data structures and patient onboarding friction points.
• Epic or similar EHR experience desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Product & Data Strategy: inform data collection, workflow logic, and EHR standards with Product/Engineering.
• Care Team & Patient Experience: serve as first point of contact, design patient workflows and onboarding.
• Content Development and Support: collaborate on content for patients, caregivers, clinicians, and health systems.
• Clinical Intake Protocols: develop standardized screening guardrails, decision trees, and escalation paths.
• Data Curation & Quality: structure patient and health system data for research and trials.
