Job summary

Thesis Care is seeking a passionate and versatile nurse practitioner to join as a foundational member of our clinical operations team. This remote, continental US role blends hands-on care management with collaboration with product and engineering to refine automated workflows powered by our AI platform.

You will support chronic condition management, prior authorizations, and quality audits, mentoring staff and developing clinical content.

Qualifications

• Active NP licensure in good standing across applicable states.
• 2–5 years of direct patient care and care management experience.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and care teams in healthtech.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to quality and process development.
• Willingness to work remotely from anywhere in the continental US.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact clinical work including care management and outreach.
• Review complex clinical workflows such as prior authorizations and appeals.
• Provide quality oversight with audits and remediation planning.
• Develop clinical content and train team members on Thesis workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to refine AI-assisted processes.
