Job summary

QualDerm Partners in Springfield, TN is seeking a Lead, Clinical to guide dermatology teams and optimize patient care workflows. You will act as the EMA ModMed expert, streamline staff coordination, and ensure high-quality patient experiences across examinations, procedures, and follow-ups.

The role emphasizes training new assistants, managing supplies, and maintaining EMR accuracy within HIPAA guidelines to support providers and patients effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years in a clinical role, preferably dermatology.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with EHR platforms, especially EMA ModMed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the EMA ModMed superuser to support clinical staff and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Act as first point of contact for clinical queries related to medical supplies, staff coordination, and patient flow.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new medical assistants with necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor patient flow and reallocate medical assistants to accommodate peak times.
  • Oversee inventory management of medical supplies and ordering.
  • Support the Practice Manager in resolving patient-related issues such as complaints and billing inquiries.
  • Document and manage patient interactions in the EMR while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
