Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 3 years of customer support experience or high school diploma with 5 years in customer support, including 2 years in healthcare.
• Experience supporting customers with administrative tasks in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to coordinate referrals, staffing, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages the referral process for the practice to ensure effective coordination of care.
• Assists in developing coverage plans and arranging staffing.
• Coordinates training, assignment, and setup of new staff, including network requests and passwords.
• Leads template creation and changes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Identifies opportunities for performance improvement and participates in projects.
• Assists in assuring regulatory compliance and conducts rounds to assess improvements.
• Manages copay collection logs and organizes daily deposits.
• Manages inventory of front desk, exam rooms, and team room supplies.
• Holds practice coordinator meetings to assign tasks.
