Job summary

US Fertility in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead two San Ramon/Oakland area clinics. Schedule is M–F, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional flexibility; compensation range is $130,000–$175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

This role supports a national network of fertility centers and patient-first care. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and operations, partnering with physicians to align priorities, standardize workflows, and improve patient access and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred. Additional years of relevant experience beyond that required may be substituted for higher education.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive healthcare operations experience, including at least two (2) years managing staff; ambulatory, multi-site, women's health, or fertility experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success managing multiple locations or teams and building consistent, scalable operations across sites

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management, and direction for two assigned clinic locations across all areas of local operations, including staffing, supervision, training and development, patient satisfaction, quality assurance, financial integrity, and maintenance
• Directly supervise front office, back office, clinical support, and administrative staff at assigned locations
• Own site-level operating performance, including labor management, productivity, expense control, and budgeting; participate in annual budgeting and monthly reviews
• Serve as the primary operational partner to physicians at assigned sites, translating priorities into site-level execution
• Standardize workflows, policies, and patient-experience practices across sites in alignment with US Fertility standards
• Monitor patient flow, scheduling capacity, and program operations; implement improvements to increase access and satisfaction
• Oversee clinical staffing schedules, including weekends, holidays, and after-hours on-call rotation; assist with scheduling issues
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and succession planning for assigned teams
• Oversee EMR templates for clinics under management
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards; work with QA to address findings and drive corrective action
• Lead cross-site projects and change initiatives including system implementations and new service lines
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure high-quality care and revenue growth
