Job summary

Helping Hands Family - Autism Services is seeking a Strategic Operations Director to oversee clinic operations, drive outcomes for children, and align services with organizational goals. This onsite leadership role requires strong budget management, data-driven decisions, and a focus on family engagement.

You will mentor the Clinical Supervisor and Office Manager, build a high-performing team, and partner with regional leadership to ensure compliance with HHF policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree with equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in operational leadership roles within healthcare, behavioral health, or related service industries.
• Proven success in managing budgets, driving performance improvements, and leading large, diverse teams.
• High emotional intelligence with excellent communication, change management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Full commitment to working onsite during designated hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic clinic operations management with outcomes-oriented therapy.
• Develop and execute operational plans to achieve clinic goals and organizational initiatives.
• Responsible for effective operational workflows, resource allocation, budget performance, and KPI achievement.
• Foster operational excellence through proactive leadership, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and empower the Clinical Supervisor and Office Manager to achieve clinical and organizational objectives.
• Build a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture through active, empathetic listening, action planning, coaching, and daily guidance.
• Champion a client-centered experience by strategically aligning operations to support family engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client and operational concerns, ensuring timely resolution and continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with Regional and Support Center leadership to align clinic operations with overall business and clinical strategy.
• Ensure compliance with all HHF policies and Federal and State regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities for operational innovation.
• Additional duties as assigned.
