Medix is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Consultant to support the operational and administrative functions of a growing clinical research site. Qualifications

• Experience with document management and maintaining digital records.
• Experience creating, scheduling, or managing social media content and analyzing engagement metrics.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience with data tracking, reporting, and/or maintaining operational metrics.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and information management support to clinical research programs and site leadership.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and compliant program documentation, including managing and updating multiple SharePoint sites and related resources.
• Support document management processes and ensure information is accurate, current, and easily accessible to internal teams.
• Track operational data, engagement metrics, and program activities; assist with reporting and dashboard preparation to help teams monitor performance.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including newsletters, program updates, onboarding materials, and other team communications.
• Support onboarding communications and ensure new team members have access to appropriate resources, documentation, and information.
• Assist with social media and program visibility initiatives, including content creation, scheduling, and tracking engagement and performance metrics.
• Help prepare operational dashboards, reports, and presentations using relevant software and data-tracking tools.
• Coordinate projects and timelines across multiple stakeholders, helping ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, documentation, and operational processes.
• Provide general administrative and project coordination support as needed to clinical research and business operations teams.
