Saliglasa Direct Primary Care, in Snellville, GA has an immediate opening for a short-term contractor to help with operations and logistics as we implement a new collaborative program in partnership with another clinic. This is a collaborative endeavor with a limited scope and not a service-wide merger.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare or clinic operations who enjoys building new processes, thinking through strategic logistics, and coordinating effective workflows between partnering teams. You will not be working alone — a human virtual assistant (human VA and not an AI), will be available to support you with administrative and research tasks, allowing you to focus on the strategic and operational work.

Key Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with leadership, strategize, develop and propose workflows and processes for a collaborative clinical partnership
• Coordinate implementation plans that work well for both parties
• Identify potential bottlenecks and propose practical solutions
• Work closely with leadership to align goals and regulatory requirements
• Delegate administrative tasks (e.g., research, documentation) to a dedicated virtual assistant

Details:

• Contract role: approximately 3 months, mostly remote, preference given to local applicants
• Compensation: $30/hour (will have up to 10hrs/week access to a VA who can assist in researching and task completion)
• Time commitment: Up to 10 hours/week (flexible scheduling with agreed-upon deliverable timelines)
