Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Clinical Support Assistant in Mesa, Arizona to provide clerical and administrative services for the Medical Surgical, Orthopedic, and Dialysis departments at Banner Baywood Medical Center. The role supports the Nursing Director and leadership team by organizing unit data, editing timecards, tracking equipment, and assisting with audits and onboarding.

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, typically Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with possible schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of relevant administrative support experience.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative services to the Medical Surgical, Orthopedic and Dialysis departments.
• Assist Nursing Director and leadership team with organizing units and data.
• Schedule staff, maintain employee timecards, and track equipment as needed.
