Job summary

Intercoastal Medical Group is seeking a Pharmacist to manage medication therapy in a hematology-oncology practice and outpatient infusion center. You will oversee chemotherapy and related therapies, ensuring safe preparation, accurate dosing, and proper monitoring.

Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and staff, you will ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of infusion protocols and medication-use processes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent with oncology pharmacotherapy knowledge.
• Experience with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and hazardous drugs is preferred.
• Experience in an outpatient oncology/infusion setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify oncology medication orders for safety and accuracy.
• Provide pharmacist oversight of chemotherapy and infusion center workflows.
• Educate clinical staff on regimens, safety, and best practices.
• Maintain compliant documentation and patient records.
