Qualifications

• RN with oncology experience or strong oncology background.
• Excellent patient education and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients and families through care planning, education and navigation of the oncology pathway.
• Ensure timely access to care, including appointments and referral coordination.
• Manage symptom reporting and triage calls, promoting prompt interventions.
• Support treatment planning by coordinating with oncologists, surgeons and interdisciplinary teams.
• Reinforce evidence-based protocols and assist with adherence to clinical pathways.
• Coordinate follow-up resources and patient education to improve outcomes and continuity of care.
• Collaborate to streamline care delivery and improve the patient experience.
