Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and strong clinical judgment.
• Knowledge of clinical compliance, standards, and quality improvement processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, resources, and workflows in a patient-centered environment.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills across clinical disciplines.
• Experience or aptitude for staff development, education, and onboarding support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical staffing, patient care workflows, and essential resources including supplies and equipment.
• Support and promote compliance with clinical standards, policies, and relevant regulations.
• Facilitate staff education, training, and onboarding to strengthen clinical competency.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and quality measures.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between physicians and nursing/staff teams.
• Assist with planning and coordination of clinical procedures to support safe, consistent care.
