Premier Blood and Cancer Center in Centerville, OH seeks an Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN) to provide patient-centered care coordination across the outpatient oncology continuum, from diagnosis through treatment and follow-up.

The role requires an Ohio RN license, Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred), CPR, and 1–3 years of nursing experience; oncology or navigator background preferred. You will collaborate with the care team to ensure timely, safe, and coordinated care.

Formación

• Associate degree required for nursing licensure in Ohio.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred by the employer.
• Valid Ohio RN license and CPR certification required.
