Job summary

City Scape Rehabilitation and Care Center in Denver is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative therapy to residents with cognitive and ADL needs. The role emphasizes recovery, functional improvement, and returning to prior levels of function.

You will document care, collaborate with the rehabilitation team, supervise assistants, and ensure compliance with NBCOT/AOTA and state regulations. The position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Adherence to NBCOT/AOTA and State practice acts, code of conduct and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop care plans.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled services per regulatory requirements.
• Document care and progress in medical records and electronic systems.
• Supervise and mentor PTAs, aides, or students as required.
• Communicate progress with the rehabilitation team and families.
• Complete discharge summaries following requirements.
• Participate in care conferences and trainings.
