Job summary

City Scape Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitative therapy for residents with cognitive and/or ADL functioning challenges. You will document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

You will supervise PTAs and rehabilitation aides, collaborate with the rehabilitation team, and ensure adherence to NBCOT/AOTA guidelines and state laws while supporting a compassionate, team-based culture.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Adherence to NBCOT/AOTA and state practice acts.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative therapy to patients with cognitive and/or ADL functioning disorders.
• Utilize standardized assessments to plan care and measure progress.
• Supervise and support physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides.
