Meritus Health is actively seeking Clinical Observers to join our Nursing Services team in Maryland. The role involves one-to-one patient observation, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a safe, compassionate environment for patients.

Qualifications

• Current BLS (CPR) certification required.

• Document patient interactions and observations accurately
• Identify and report behavioral changes or safety concerns to nursing staff

Physical & Mental Requirements

This role involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.), as well as continuous mental focus and communication. You’ll also work in conditions that may involve exposure to blood and body fluids.
