Job summary

Sodexo seeks a Registered Dietitian to serve as Clinical Nutrition Manager at The Health Center at Standifer Place in Chattanooga, TN. Lead daily clinical nutrition operations and mentor dietetic professionals while driving compliance and quality in patient care.

Accountable for people management, program development, and resource deployment, with emphasis on outcomes, client satisfaction, and regulatory adherence in a skilled nursing and assisted living setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with ACEND coursework.
• Or Bachelor's degree meeting ACEND requirements if eligible before 1/1/2024.
• RD/RDN eligibility with CDR and be registered within 120 days of hire.
• 1-2 years management experience; 1-3 years related experience.

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to serve as the Clinical Nutrition Manager at The Health Center at Standifer Place in Chattanooga, TN. Standifer Place is a skilled nursing and assisted living community with 444 beds.

We are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for mentoring, training, and developing dietetic professionals while driving excellence in clinical nutrition services.

About the job

You'll oversee daily nutrition services, drive program excellence, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. In this position, you'll ensure regulatory compliance, manage clinical operations, and support both team development and client satisfaction while making a meaningful impact on health outcomes.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $64600 - $83600

Requirements

• Education Requirement:
• Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines
• OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024: Bachelor's degree meeting ACEND requirements.
• Management Experience: 1-2 years
• Related Experience: 1-3 years
• Credentials Requirement:
• Meets eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire
• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable.
