Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time Clinical Nutrition Manager role at Covenant Living of Turlock, a 51-bed upscale skilled nursing facility in Turlock, CA. You will oversee daily nutrition services, drive program excellence, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, managing clinical operations, and supporting team development while promoting health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nutrition and/or dietetics or related field with supervised practice.
• ACEND eligibility for RD/RDN via CDR and registration within 120 days of hire.
• 1–2 years of management experience; 1–3 years related experience; state licensure where applicable.

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time Clinical Nutrition Manager position at Covenant Living of Turlock a 51-bed upscale skilled nursing facility in Turlock, CA. This is a great opportunity for a new or experienced Dietitian!

This position is eligible for relocation assistance. This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus!

About the job

You’ll oversee daily nutrition services, drive program excellence, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. In this position, you’ll ensure regulatory compliance, manage clinical operations, and support both team development and client satisfaction while making a meaningful impact on health outcomes.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $67405 - $87230

Requirements

• Education Requirement:
• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines
• OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024: Bachelor’s degree meeting ACEND requirements.
• Management Experience: 1-2 years
• Related Experience: 1-3 years
• Credentials Requirement:
• Meets eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire
• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable.
