Job Description: Clinical Nutrition Manager at Morrison Healthcare

Join Morrison Healthcare, a leading national food and nutrition services company dedicated to serving over 600 hospitals and healthcare systems. We are seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead our Nutrition Team in an (Acute Care / Senior Living) setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish goals and oversee the implementation of clinical nutrition care based on medical direction and patient/resident needs.
2. Assess nutritional status through documentation in medical records.
3. Hire, lead, coach, train, and develop nutrition team members.
4. Mentor patient/resident services staff and interns.
5. Foster teamwork and develop strategies for innovative programs to improve clinical nutrition and financial outcomes.
6. Monitor competency, productivity, and documentation accuracy of staff.
7. Assign workloads and participate in staffing analysis in collaboration with management.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient confidentiality policies.
9. Participate in patient/resident satisfaction programs and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian credential from the CDR.
• State licensure where required.
• Minimum two years' experience in acute care or three years in senior living as a Registered Dietitian.
• Specialty certifications as applicable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and nutrient analysis software.

Additional Information:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-$130,000, depending on location, along with benefits including meal plans, stipends, CEUs, dues paid, and educational reimbursement.
