Position Title: Clinical Nutrition Manager / Registered Dietitian

Location: ECMC, Buffalo NY (Relocation assistance available)

Salary: $76K+

Now seeking an experienced CNM with extensive background as a licensed Registered Dietitian in a leadership capacity to lead our Nutrition Team in a busy, fast-paced acute setting.

Metz Culinary Management is growing and has openings for a Clinical Nutrition Manager/Director who shares our passion for Clinical Nutrition and exceptional Patient Experience. Must be a Registered Dietitian with excellent leadership skills.

This is a prominent opportunity in our Healthcare Division requiring a polished, professional identity and a winning attitude from a Registered Clinical Dietitian with strong leadership experience and managerial oversight of the Clinical Nutrition Program. Experience managing a team in a large hospital setting is required.

Our System Leader should have excellent communication skills, a sincere Patient Experience mindset, and the ability to lead a team of Registered Dietitians, ensuring Metz Culinary Management’s Vision and Values are upheld. CNM must have a strong background in patient education and knowledge of EMR systems.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics
• Registered Dietitian
• 3 years in a Leadership role
• Current Licensed RD
• Experience in a Contract Dining facility setting
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records
• Nutrition Education experience
