Qualifications

• HS/GED required.
• Currently enrolled in nursing program with at least one clinical nursing course and one clinical rotation completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN with nursing process implementation.
• Record vital signs, intake/outtake, and patient data.
• Help with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide basic patient care and personal hygiene.
• Report changes to the nurse and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care.
