Job summary

PACS in Minnesota seeks an experienced Nursing Supervisor to assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, directing daily functions, and ensuring compliance with regulations in a long-term care facility.

You will develop care plans, participate in MDS planning, supervise nursing staff, perform rounds, and contribute to quality assurance, training, and budget planning. Strong leadership and a BSN are required; 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Must be in good standing with State Board of Nursing; continuing education/licensing required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct daily nursing service operations.
• Develop/write and maintain policies, procedures, and the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and budget planning for the department.
