Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. Cincinnati Campus is seeking a part-time RN instructor to teach clinical nursing on campus and at clinical sites. Expect 2–3 weekdays per week (Mon–Fri) with daytime hours.

The instructor will deliver Ross curriculum, review lesson plans, grade and record assignments, promote student retention, and support externship activities. Required: BSN or higher, active Ohio RN license, plus two+ years of nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering curriculum in a nursing program.
• Ability to teach in-person on campus and clinical sites.
• Active Ohio RN license and daytime availability.
• BSN or higher degree with approved nursing education program.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students using the Ross curriculum and review lesson plans.
• Grade and electronically record assignments, monitor attendance, and support retention.
• Assist with externship activities and maintain campus management records.
