Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Florida.
• MSN required; BSN may be considered depending on campus needs.
• Minimum two years of RN clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Develop and implement PSLO-aligned assessments and evaluate outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum development, implementation, and program evaluation.
• Lead and participate in professional development to enhance faculty effectiveness.
• Maintain current nursing practice knowledge to prepare students for contemporary care.
• Adhere to state board regulations and accrediting standards.
