This position involves providing direct patient care within a specialized vascular unit featuring 13 operating rooms and core services such as minimally invasive procedures, heart failure, transplants, thoracic, robotic, and endovascular surgeries. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, promoting patient safety, and educating patients and families on post-treatment management. The role requires developing individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.
