Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities while engaging in ongoing professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans collaboratively, ensuring clear communication across care teams. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers. Must work safely in a safety-sensitive environment.
