Job summary

The Supervisory Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports the Nurse Manager in overseeing operations of a nursing unit/patient care area in Columbia, SC. This role combines clinical knowledge with leadership responsibilities and serves as a key liaison between staff and leadership.

It is 80% clinical and 20% administrative, with emphasis on team development, compliance with standards, and succession planning for future Nurse Manager positions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (written and spoken) for direct patient care.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program with ACEN/CCNE accreditation or equivalent.
• Unrestricted US nursing license in state of employment; GNT exception process available.

Responsibilities
