Providence Swedish is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to lead nursing teams on a designated shift. The ANM reports to the unit director/manager and uses the nursing process to guide clinical and operational activities.

Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring and ensuring quality patient care while maintaining regulatory and policy compliance. The role emphasizes leadership and collaboration within a hospital setting in Seattle.

Qualifications

• BSN/Bachelor of Science in Nursing; RN license required.
• WA RN license upon hire.
• BLS certification upon hire.
