Endeavor Health Naperville is seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead a PM shift in the LOH Main unit. This role involves directing patient care, coordinating with the medical team, and ensuring adherence to standards.

You will oversee unit personnel, authorize overtime, and help recruit and train staff, while focusing on high-quality, compassionate care. A Bachelor’s in Nursing, Illinois RN license, and CPI certification within 90 days are required or preferred, with behavioral health

Qualifications

• A nursing degree with Illinois RN license and CPI certification within 90 days.
• Experience in behavioral health settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop plans of care.
