Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• ADN required for nurses hired after February 24, 2017; must complete BSN within five years of employment
• 6 months to 2 years' experience as a Clinical Nurse
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care through assessment, documentation, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinates care delivery and education with patient, family, and health care team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Follows organizational policies to provide safe patient care.
