As a registered nurse, you will use the nursing process to assess and plan care, monitor patient conditions, and document in the EHR. The team emphasizes safety, continuous learning, and patient-centered collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active registered nurse (RN) license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence care outcomes.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and according to clinical protocols.
