Job summary

Ridgeview Health Center in San Diego, CA seeks an RN Nurse Manager (Clinical Nurse Program Supervisor) to lead the nursing team, mentor staff, and uphold clinical programs. The CNPS will guide evidence-based practice to improve care quality and resident satisfaction while supporting the DON in onboarding and supervision duties.

Requirements include a CA RN license, 3+ years supervisory experience, strong communication, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

Must possess current CA license as registered nurse.
Minimum of three years supervisory experience.
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and present data to interdisciplinary committee.
CPR certification required or current.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership to nursing department and provide education as needed for complex admissions.
Lead licensed nurse annual development reviews and participate in policy/protocol development.
Assist DON in supervising licensed nurses and coordinating RN in-service training.
Monitor adherence to clinical protocols and assist with clinical record audits and quality indicators.
