Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in technology and basic computer skills.
• Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments with excellent time management and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based standards.
• Deliver culturally sensitive, relationship-based care tailored to patient-specific needs.
• Partner with patients and significant others through effective communication and education.
• Ensure documentation of care is timely, accurate, and promotes safety and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate care across the continuum, supporting performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development and workforce sustainability.
• Promote evidence-based practice, participate in research activities, and support organizational policies and standards.
• Plan resource utilization efficiently and develop protocols to improve patient outcomes.
