Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics seeks a Registered Nurse at West Valley Hospital in Dallas, Oregon. You will apply the full scope of the nursing process across acute, medical, surgical, and rehabilitative settings, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN or higher (or ADN with a plan to complete BSN/MSN within three years), Oregon RN licensure, and BLS.

Schedule: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, three 12-hour shifts, variable scheduled days

At West Valley Hospital, a designated critical access facility, we serve our community with a deep sense of purpose and pride. Our 25-bed department supports both inpatient and outpatient services, offering care to acute patients for up to 96 hours and providing overnight observation and skilled nursing for outpatient needs. As a member of our close-knit, collaborative care team, you’ll be part of a group of professionals who are deeply committed to delivering exceptional care in a supportive, team-focused environment. Our staff actively lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring we consistently provide the highest standards of care. In this role, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively, balancing clinical expertise with compassionate care. You’ll be encouraged to think creatively, stay current with best practices, and share insights with your colleagues to continuously elevate patient outcomes. You’ll apply the full scope of the nursing process to meet the diverse needs of patients across acute, critical, medical, surgical, and rehabilitative settings. Your ability to prioritize, maintain professionalism, and adapt in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success and to the success of our patients.
