Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager - Resource Team, Throughput + Staffing to lead a nursing unit, ensure regulatory compliance, patient care standards and continuous quality improvement.

You will manage budgets, allocate resources, supervise staff, collaborate with physicians, and enhance patient experience. Requires BSN/MSN, IL RN license, CPR, 3+ years clinical and 3+ years management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification; specialty certification required within two years.

Responsibilities

• Manages unit in compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Maintains standards of patient care and quality improvement.
• Supervises overall patient care, policy review, and staff development.
• Assists in annual budgets and business planning with the director.
• Allocates resources and manages department budgets and capital planning.
• Interviews, hires, disciplines, and discharges staff as needed.
• Collaborates with physicians to meet patient needs and improve experience.
