Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for Evanston Hospital to oversee nursing operations during a night shift. This full-time role (40 hr/wk) includes direct patient care when needed and ensuring safe, high-quality patient experiences across the unit.

The successful candidate will hold a BSN with IL licensure, BLS/CPR certification, at least 3 years of clinical experience, and ideally prior management experience. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Hourly Pay Range:

$43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Clinical Coordinator
• Location: Evanston Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 40 hr/wk
• Hours: 11:30 pm - 7:30 am

What you will do:

• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
• Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
• Would assume direct patient care if necessary
• Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
• Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
• Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills
• Takes lead on clinical performance management

What you will need:

• Education: Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing required, Master?s degree preferred
• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years? experience in appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred.
