With 24-hour OB coverage available in the ED and a full RN staff, the Nursing Manager Emergency Department will lead a well-supported, collaborative team committed to safe throughput, exceptional patient experiences, and efficient clinical operations.

Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Nurse Manager Emergency Room will supervise charge nurses, registered nurses, and interdisciplinary team members while working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and ancillary departments. The Emergency Room Department Manager will optimize staffing, mentor emerging leaders, manage departmental budgets, oversee quality metrics, and champion patient safety initiatives.
