The role partners with two RN Managers and educators to lead a ~98 FTE ED team, focusing on safe, efficient, and compassionate service.
Ideal candidates hold an RN license for Maryland with BLS, 3-5 years of nursing leadership, and strong communication skills.
Join the Emergency Department at Northwest Hospital, where our 55-bed unit provides high-quality care to more than 49,000 patients annually. We are a primary stroke center and cardiac referral center. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to oversee daily operations, support a collaborative team, and drive excellence in patient care.
Our leadership team consists of (2) Assistant Nurse Managers, Reporting to the Director, a Lead Emergency Room Technician and (2) Educators. The manger will oversee approximately 98 FTEs.

Pay Range: $46.79 to $72.52 Based On Experience
