The Emergency Nursing Manager will oversee emergency services at a small, community-focused acute care hospital serving patients across the lifespan. The facility provides emergency, medical, surgical, rehabilitation, behavioral health, primary care, orthopedic, pain management, wound care, and occupational health services. The emergency department supports a diverse patient population while maintaining individualized care and close collaboration across disciplines. The RN Manager of Emergency Services will help preserve the responsive, personal environment that distinguishes community hospital nursing.

Reporting & Responsibilities

Reporting to the RN Director of Emergency Services, the Emergency Nurse Manager will receive support from friendly nurses, experienced physicians, hospitalists, clinical managers, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
