The ANM will coach caregivers, ensure compliance with professional standards and policies, and promote quality patient care while fostering a culture of respect and collaboration throughout the team. Previous leadership and acute care experience is preferred; WA RN license and BSN are

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited school.
• WA RN license required at hire.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Experience as Assistant Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and operational activities for the assigned shift.
• Provide managerial presence and coaching/mentoring to staff.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
