Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts clinical assessment of patient referrals and presents assessment to physicians for admission.
• Participates in ongoing process improvement efforts related to the admissions process.
• Serves as a resource to directors to identify processes that hinder referral sources' ability to use Memorial Hermann as their facility of choice.
• Demonstrates understanding of programs and effectively market services.
• Performs duties to promote quality patient care, safety, cost efficiency and CQI.
