Job summary

Holly Hill Healthcare Center in Towson, MD is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Clinical Manager. You will provide clinical leadership and oversee skilled nursing and long-term care units to ensure resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and staff development skills, and will collaborate with the DON, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to promote high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN license in good standing.
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Minimum three years of professional nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, documentation, infection prevention, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with EMR and clinical documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and oversight for assigned units.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable for quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions, care delivery, documentation, and follow-up.
